Vendor Booth Space
Vendors will be provided with an approximate 10’ x 10’ space including a six-foot table, electricity if needed, and a water source if applicable. Vendors are responsible for funding their own additional tables, display cases, signs, other equipment, propane permit if applicable and temporary food permit if applicable. The booth fee is $250.00 and is nonrefundable.
All vendors will be required to show proof of insurance naming ValleyfestTM, Com-wealth LLC, its sponsors, officers and agents as additional insured under their Liquor and General Liability Policies. In addition Com-wealth LLC will obtain appropriate insurance for ValleyfestTM
